How long have you been at eepos and how did you come to eepos? -

On April 01.04.2015st, XNUMX, I left my probationary period at an auditing firm to move to eepos to work in financial accounting. It took me two attempts before I finally found my way to eepos. I was contacted by a teammate and was hired by Friedhelm and Armin Mücher after open and honest discussions.

What makes eepos such a special company? -
Bastian
The people who work in the company. Every team member at eepos embodies a similar basic attitude. The atmosphere is characterized by respect, honesty, openness and a positive attitude towards life and living together as a team.
Employees do not need to pretend in the eepos environment. This means that every employee brings a bit of “personality” to the company and that is what makes eepos special in the end, because the character of the company is shaped by its employees.

What would you like to implement at eepos in the near future? -
Bastian
A lot and preferably yesterday 😊. We are in constant competition and change. My goal is to accompany eepos into a new era and to take every employee along on this path and inspire them. The aim should be to become a little better every day than the day before. Only in this way will it be possible to survive on the market in the long term. -

Where do you see the strengths of eepos? -
Bastian
In courage and in the culture of mistakes. eepos does not shy away from taking new paths, trying things out or being open to new ideas. Of course, the process is sometimes painful but in the end this is precisely the strength and the great opportunity to always keep up with the times and not miss the opportunity.

Where do you see eepos in 10 years? -
Bastian
In 10 years, eepos will be a globally functioning company that will no longer be seen as a crane supplier but as a solution-oriented quality partner. eepos will not sell a product, eepos will sell quality solutions that do not just look at the product but the entire process.

What do you do in your private life to balance out your job? -
Bastian
In order to give 100% at work, your private life and physical condition must also be 100% in balance. For this reason, I take great care of my family and friends. To stay fit, I regularly play football, go running, do fitness and go skiing.
In addition to my work, I try to constantly challenge myself and therefore strive to continually educate myself in order to learn new subject areas.
In order to fulfill my responsibility in society, I founded an association with my friends at the beginning of 2020 “One Veedel“ with which we want to pursue charitable purposes worldwide.
