Easy and safe handling up to 500 kg – even with off-center loadsWith the development of the eepos move lifting axis, we have consistently supplemented and further expanded our XY aluminum modular system for the easy and ergonomic handling of loads in the Z direction.
The lifting axis is made of heavy-duty, extruded aluminum profiles and can be operated either electrically or pneumatically. The bearings of the adjustable guide saddles run on high-precision, hardened round steel and thus achieve excellent running properties and low-wear operation.
Due to this special eepos guide, the lifting axis with its double or triple telescope works absolutely free of play. Even off-center loads of up to 2500 Nm are handled safely. If desired, a stroke of up to several meters is possible. Attachments, such as energy chains, can be easily attached to the external, item-compatible grooves.

Our lifting axis handling systems are divided into three types: The eepos move S lifting axis is suitable for applications with a load capacity of up to 250 kg, a bending moment of 400 Nm and a torsional moment of 600 Nm. The eepos move M and eepos move L were developed for heavier loads of up to 500 kg. They are available as a two- or three-stage version and are suitable for up to 2.500 Nm bending moment and 1.400 Nm torsional moment.
