From simple suspension cranes to complex light crane systems

Monorails
Monorails help optimize production and reduce throughput times. The eepos one monorail is a versatile and cost-effective solution, enabling the easy and safe transport of loads over long distances or between workstations. Additionally, the eepos overhead traveling cranes can be easily expanded with curved tracks
Overhead cranes
The bridge cranes from eepos allow heavy loads to be moved overhead within halls and buildings. These cranes (single girder and double girder) provide up to three directions of movement using trolleys and hoists. Both single and double girder cranes can be electrically controlled and equipped with either manual or electric hoists
Mounted crane
In the mounted version, both the single-girder and double-girder cranes are also suitable for ceiling constructions with limited height clearance.
Telescopic crane
The eepos aluminum crane with telescopic bridge can access hall areas that were previously unusable for cranes. When retracted, the telescopic crane is automatically retracted to a defined position.
Wall and column jib crane
The eepos one aluminum slewing cranes also use the components from the eepos one modular system. Available as wall and column slewing cranes, the booms can be up to 4 meters long.

The base and module boxes of the eepos power supply are attached to the top chord of an eepos one profile and pushed into one another. Thanks to the great flexibility and precise positioning, consumers can be supplied with power along the line and at any point.

ALUMINUM LIFTING AXLE
The eepos move lifting axis ensures precise tool handling and play-free load transport, even with off-center loads. Even off-center loads of up to 2500 Nm and loads of up to 500 kg are handled safely. On the outside, item®-compatible grooves allow attachments, such as energy chains, to be easily attached. Integration into eepos suspension cranes is possible without any problems.
ENERGY COLUMNS
eepos base energy and media columns are the ideal addition to the crane system and ensure a clean and safe supply of electricity, gas, cooling water, compressed air and much more on site. They can be attached to the crane itself or to the floor, ceiling or wall. If, for example, the assembly cycle changes, energy columns attached to the light crane can easily change their position.

The eepos aluminum profiles are manufactured using the extrusion process from the aluminum alloy EN AW 6063 T66. The hollow chamber design results in low dead weights for profile sizes XS to XXL, even for high load-bearing capacities.
